I've read the article and have come to a very fine conclusion: NO YOU DIDN'T! This is a war ( well to some people anyway) between the consoles. Of course M$ will say they fixed it, which may lead some into buying it because they'll think they have little to no chance of a failed hardware purchase.
No, its not too late since the beta doesn't start until June 17 for the BFBC2 buyers. However, I do kind of feel bad that I have to wait until June 21 :P But I'll get over it...and @spektical, Yes, it is a DLC expansion pack.
